Glomance currently only ships within the United States.

As soon as your order is placed, it is sent to our fulfillment center, and from there, we pack and ship it directly to you. Orders generally process in two to four business days, with orders placed after 1:00 PM ET processed the next business day. Orders will be delivered within three to five business days after being processed. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact our customer care team at info@romancetheglow.com with your order number.

We hope you love your Glomance products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on items purchased from www.romancetheglow.com within 30 days of purchase.

To return or exchange an item, please reach out to our customer care team at info@romancetheglow.com with your order number and specify which products you wish to return.

Please allow five to seven business days for your return to arrive at our returns center. Once received, we will initiate a refund, which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically three to seven business days).

We understand how important security is to you. Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. The platform we are hosted on is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificated to keep order details secure (you’ll see that the shopping cart switches from http to https to show you it’s secure). We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept PayPal when applicable. If you have a preferred method of payment that we don’t offer, please email so that we can look into it. You can write us at info@romancetheglow.com – we’re always looking to expand our offering. Please note we do not accept gift cards, banking gift cards, international credit cards, checks or money orders.

To check the status of your order, simply log into your glomance.com account and select “Order History” in the “My Account” page. If you still have questions about your order, please send an email to info@romancetheglow.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP.

Orders submitted on romancetheglow.com process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at info@romancetheglow.com, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our products have NOT been tested on animals—we love our fuzzy friends too much.

There are NO animal products in our products. Our products are vegan!
